The 2025 St. Louis mayoral election was held on April 8, 2025, to elect the mayor of St. Louis, Missouri. The election would be non-partisan and would use approval voting, with the top-two candidates in the March 4 primary advancing to the general election. Incumbent mayor Tishaura Jones is running for re-election to a second term. She was challenged by alderwoman Cara Spencer in a rematch of the 2021 election. Spencer prevailed by a wide margin in the general election.
